3A, 18V, 1.2MHz 同步降压型 DC/DC 转换器

RT7257B

RT7257B为高效率的DC/DC单芯片同步降压型转换器，输入电压范围从4.5V至18V，输出电流至3A。RT7257B的电流模式架构与外部的补偿机制可因应大范围的输入与负载变化的瞬时响应进行优化的补偿。逐周期形式的限流机制可在输出短路时提供电路保护作用，缓启动机制则可消除启动瞬间的输入电流涌浪的问题。此外RT7257B提供低电压保护与热关断保护功能，低电流消耗(<3μA)的关断模式则可断开与输出的连接，实现简易的电池供电系统中的电源管理。RT7257B采用SOP-8(裸露焊盘)的封装规格。
